Simmons has again included some additional information about her life as a paranormal investigator. In this volume, she tells you what she carries in her ghost hunting vest. Also, you will finally meet Timmy Smith, her Paranormal Gear Tech.
Finally, she has added a chapter of her forthcoming dark paranormal suspense, Winter Prey to close this volume.
Perhaps you will be able to turn out the lights before you go to sleep after reading these tales. Perhaps not.

I think that the author and its story deserves a big fat 5 starsI can imagine her living with ten or more ghosts.like she said they still act like there still alive .I've bought 5 books by Simmons now I cannot decide whether to read the novel she wrote she's a very good author

Great personal touch and experiences. I liked the different short stories and histories. I would recommend this book and the others in the series.
Whether you believe in ghosts or not, Simmons spins a neat series of tales that keeps the reader wanting more! Each volume is as good as if not better than the last!
This book is a good book for learning about ghost hunting and places that have paranormal activity. The author makes a good point about the need to protect yourself on investigations. I found it a little bit difficult to keep the people(given initials) straight.
and you can't beat the price! If you have a , don't waste time trying to decide which one to get - just get them all. I've spent a whole lot more on books I've enjoyed a whole lot less. This author has a way with words, and while all of her experiences are at least interesting, some of them veer into the truly bizarre category. I hope she publishes many more diaries.
My third purchase, and I can't get enough of this southern ghost hunter! She is so charming, in some of her books, there is a link to her visits captured live. She is a great read and good experience. Not 'way out there' or overly scary, but true to life visits.
I think this maybe my favorite so far. But, maybe just tied with Volume I. I liked that the author personlized Howard, one of her resident ghosts. I am hoping she will elaborate on some of the others in her next Volumes. Like all of T. M. Simmons books I can't put them down so finish them in a day. Before I start Vol IV and V soon I hope, going to change the pace a little. I am going to start reading Dead Man Mysteries Series. I will start with Dead Man Talking tonight.
